I quite fancy testing this setup this season so I went searching for the video again to remind myself of the knot used, it's all pretty simple and straight forward as well as being well explained in the video, check it out below.

Fishing Spiders Without Droppers
I've been following Fishing With Style for some time now and regularly find myself retweeting their posts and sending people to their website for advice regarding North Country Spiders. Some time ago I came across a video made by Stephen Cheetham about an alternative leader setup for fishing a team of wets. The method involves attaching the flies directly to a straight through mono leader without droppers thus saving tangles.
I quite fancy testing this setup this season so I went searching for the video again to remind myself of the knot used, it's all pretty simple and straight forward as well as being well explained in the video, check it out below.
